When the idea came to me, it was simple, write every day for the year. The goal was to dedicate time to express myself and build self-trust. I also created collages with each entry to mirror my words. As each day progressed, I realized the collages told more than one story. The beauty in this abstract composition gave birth to The Journal Gallery.

A few years ago, I spent intentional time working with my womb. I meditated, journaled, prayed, and reflected on my relationship with intimacy. When I lost my virginity and the different encounters, I experienced both good and bad. I explored other questions and ideas about sex and intimacy and what it meant to me. I also worked through self-forgiveness and certain things I allowed that I shouldn't.
How Do You Meditate?
The number one question I typically get about meditating is, how do you meditate? In my opinion, there is no right or wrong way to meditate because it’s unique to each person. In the same way, prayer is special to each person. Meditation allows me to center myself and regroup. It’s a form of stillness where I can slow down, check-in with myself, and connect with the Most High.
