Shipping
Pre-Orders
If an item is listed as a Pre-Order, please allow the requested time frame in the product description before your item is shipped. Shipping is typically one month from the pre-order date unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for items to be delivered.
Note: Per USPS, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
Standard Shipping
Orders are processed to be packed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. An additional 5-7 business days are expected for the order to be delivered to the address provided when checking out. Items are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Name and Address
Please make sure to provide the correct name and address when checking out. A tracking number will be provided via email when your package is shipped. We are not responsible for lost items or packages marked as delivered but not received. Please follow up with USPS for any delivery questions or concerns.
