Sex & Self-Esteem
A few years ago, I spent intentional time working with my womb. I meditated, journaled, prayed, and reflected on my relationship with intimacy. When I lost my virginity and the different encounters, I experienced both good and bad. I explored other questions and ideas about sex and intimacy and what it meant to me. I also worked through self-forgiveness and certain things I allowed that I shouldn't.
One thing I noticed was how my self-esteem played a part in these different encounters. There were moments I was sure of myself, and it led me to make certain choices. Then there were times I was afraid to speak up. If you want to explore sex & your self-esteem here are some journal prompts to get you started.
