The Moonlight Session
A moonlight session includes meditation and 1-on-1 journaling.
I will intuitively lead you through multiple guided meditations during your session and provide space to release through journaling. The guided meditation may include statements, questions, or visualizations. Time will be given to share any part of your journal entries for discussion while also providing self-care practices you can include in your routine. Following your session, you will receive a session recap via email outlining the major points discussed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your session recap.

What to bring to your session:
Please be sure to have a journal and a pen/pencil. Feel free to light candles, incense, or use a diffuser to help you relax during your session. You are encouraged to set the vibe to your liking.
Please make sure that you are on time for your session and will be in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted or distracted.
