Meditation is a powerful practice that keeps me grounded, and it’s through stillness, I can connect with my thoughts, ask questions, and journey within my inner world. Now, when it comes to my meditation practices, it doesn’t always look the same, and to be honest, I’m not always sitting on the floor, legs crossed with candles and soft music.
How Do You Meditate?
The number one question I typically get about meditating is, how do you meditate? In my opinion, there is no right or wrong way to meditate because it’s unique to each person. In the same way, prayer is special to each person. Meditation allows me to center myself and regroup. It’s a form of stillness where I can slow down, check-in with myself, and connect with the Most High.
